International deliveries are paid by the customer.

The transportation is a FOB Origin, so:
    
The buyer assumes title and control of the goods the moment the carrier signs the bill of lading.
The buyer assumes risk of transportation and is entitled to route the shipment.
The buyer is responsible for filling claims for loss of damage.    
Products can only be delivered by sea, the freight will be appointed on request.

In case of   shipping in containers then the freight differs on the following:

• Freights in market during the specific period of time
• The location shipped to (also called the destination country or region)

Generally, buyers pay additional costs that may apply such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance.
