Return Policy
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging and situation. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit note. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.  

Money refunds for all of our products, is not available besides defective products.
All of our products to be returned can be replaced by another similar product; where similar product refers to exactly the same product or product of different brand and/ or model but with the same usage/ usability.

Steps to return a product:

Step 1:

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please call www.skembedjis.com Customer Service.

Step 2:

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate www.skembedjis.com warehouse. You may use any parcel carrier of your choice that supports Cyprus.

Step 3:

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by www.skembedjis.com, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.


Step 4:

Product replacement: On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate www.skembedjis.com warehouse. You may use any parcel carrier of your choice that supports Cyprus.  Our warehouse locations are the following:

Terms & Policies

These policies supersede policies appearing on all other www.skembedjis.com literature, and are in effect for purchases made from our online shop.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. www.skembedjis.com is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

All defective products will be accepted by www.skembedjis.com for credit, exchange repair or replacement at www.skembedjis.com 's discretion within 15 days from the invoice date.  After 15 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

All products to be returned must be returned within 15 days from the invoice date, 100% complete unused, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and nay be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

www.skembedjis.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 15 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 15 days, then all above terms and policies are the same.
