All orders are processed in our access controlled warehouse by our highly trained staff to insure that your products arrive to you as quickly as possible. Delivery within Cyprus
Deliveries within Cyprus Republic Controlled territory will be executed using Y. Skembedjis & Sons Ltd own means without any additional cost.
                                                                                    
Used Reconditioned Machineries are normally delivered within maximum two weeks time after order processing. Actual delivery time will be agreed specifically with each client depending on Reconditioning required/ agreed. The same applies for any order which the client will request machinery customization.Brand new machineries, without request for customization, (eg.spare Parts, tires etc) will be delivered maximum within 24hours (Working days). If there is a delay we will notify you of the reason for delay.


Delivery to International Destinations

The transportation is a FOB Origin, so:

The buyer assumes title and control of the goods the moment the carrier signs the bill of lading.
The buyer assumes risk of transportation and is entitled to route the shipment.
The buyer is resposible for filling claims for loss of damage.   
Products can only be delivered by sea, the freight will be appointed on request.

For products of up to 30 Kg weight
The delivery company is FedEx and the delivery is subject to FedEx terms and conditions

For International deliveries your order will be dispatched from the Company to FedEx the same day, in cases orders are placed before 15:00 local Cyprus time.
For orders placed 15:00 or later (working days), Cyprus local time, your order will be dispatched from the Company to FedEx maximum within 24hrd.
Our Company is not responsible for any further delays after it has been taken away by the courier.

For products of weight greater than 30 Kg

Carrier will be decided based on routes availability and product shipping method, at the time of request.

When viewing individual products, you will be prompted with the note “For delivery of this item, outside Cyprus, you need to request shipping pricing based on specific item characteristics and shipping requirements/ timings. Cost and delivery terms and timings will be provided within 72 hrs from shipping pricing request.», for all products of greater than 30 Kg weight.

To be provided with shipping cost, add the items you require into the shopping card.  You will also be requested to provide the “destination port”; that is the port you need your product to be delivered to.

Before you finalize your order, you will be provided with the Freight, Carrier and charges for the delivery of your order.

Freight, Carrier information and charges for the delivery of your order will be provided be email within 72hrs from request time.
Our Company is not responsible for any further delays after it has been taken away by the Carrier.

skembedjis.com is not responsible for delays that are unavoidable do not like storms, earthquakes, flood, and traffic accidents nor if the cause of the delays is negligence of the couriers we use. Our duty after the orders came out of our warehouses is to follow-up with the assigned courier and for perishable items, replacement of the actual order that has been delayed or damage.
